Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. has a team of highly- qualified, highly-trained, professional educators who have received certifications, licenses, and other educational credentials that have helped us maintain an average effectiveness rating of over 4.5 out of 5 from the individuals who have participated in our training sessions since 2010.

Our Team Qualifications:

Claudette Yarbrough, the CEO, has over 40 years of experience as a certified teacher, principal, school superintendent, and project director. She has created and designed training programs for school districts and systems to improve teacher and student outcomes.

Tiffany Warren is listed in the Texas Trainer Registry, has an earned master's degree in education, and has over 20 years of experience in childcare teaching and administration. She has been a master trainer for childcare programs since 2010. 

Connie Perez has over 50 years of experience as a certified special education teacher, certified ESL teacher, certified administrator, and counselor. She has been instrumental in assisting in training events for YES, INC. for 27 years. 

Yvette Thomas is a certified special education teacher who has been training teachers to become

more effective for the past five (5) years. 

Brenda Waters is a Master Trainer who has designed intensive teacher preparation programs for the past five (5) years to assist teachers in becoming more effective. 

Terri Harrold holds a Master's Degree in Education and is a Master Trainer with over 30 years of experience as a certified teacher. 

Ashley Radder-Renter holds a Master's Degree in Education and has trained teachers for two (2) years.

Kellen Begin has an advanced degree and has been training teachers for the past two (2)

years.
