- 87% agreed that interaction with EEP Rubric indicators helped become more effective.
- 85% agreed that campus data improved due to our participation in EEP.
- 85% like having an opportunity to become a Career Teacher Leader or an Expert Teacher Leader.
- 84% agreed that receiving pay incentives based upon my school’s performance was rewarding.
- 84% agreed to being more effective educator because of the professional development received through the Educator Effectiveness Process.
