YES, Inc.'s board of directors is vital to this organization. The YES, Inc. Board consists of four regular members. YES, Inc.'s Board meets regularly on Wednesdays.  Meetings are essential to building and sustaining our non-profit and the work we do. Our meetings help establish priorities, review status of projects and business ventures, explore high-level strategy, discuss new ideas, oversee the organization’s finances, oversee compliance obligations, and monitor progress toward the organization’s strategic goals.
